Nuella Ibrahim, PMP.
The Everytale founder, Nuella Ibrahim, is a dual-qualified construction project manager and architect. Bringing over a decade of construction industry expertise to the Everytale team, combined with a rare ability to champion the human side of project delivery. Her background spans the full spectrum of the built environment—from her work in the Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing to managing multi-million pound project schedules at Tritek Consulting Ltd in the UK. Trained in Construction Project Management at Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom. Nuella's unique combination of international training (UK MSc), local execution experience (Nigeria), and public sector exposure (UK HMRC, FCDA, Ministry of Works and Housing) positions her as a leader who understands both the diaspora investor's mindset and the on-ground realities of Nigerian real estate development with an eye on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and active efficiency.
Engr. Musa Abubakar Sadiq
Engr. Musa Abubakar Sadiq is a COREN-registered Electrical Engineer with extensive experience spanning federal regulatory oversight, national transmission infrastructure, and private sector project execution. Having served as the Electrical Engineer I (Grade Level 09) at the Federal Ministry of Power, Nigeria, he brings to EVERYTALE a rare combination of high-level government regulatory expertise and hands-on project delivery capabilities. His distinguished career includes key roles at the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) and private sector experience with Niger Power Trans Electric Limited. With Engr. Musa leading our engineering function, every EVERYTALE development benefits from regulatory assurance, grid-ready infrastructure, future-proof specifications, and a safety-first approach.
Makinde Obed
Makinde Obed is an Investment Analyst and scale specialist with over 8 years of experience transforming financial administrations, structuring capital, and building wealth management ecosystems for African enterprises. As Chief Financial Officer of EVERYTALE, he brings a rare combination of multi-million dollar project financial management, expertise in architecting funding frameworks—combining equity, debt, and diaspora financing—and deep analytical rigor that ensures every development rests on a foundation of optimal structuring and investor-grade transparency. A First Class Honours graduate in Economics, Makinde has successfully managed financial operations for major International Oil Companies including Chevron, TotalEnergies, and Shell, while simultaneously spearheading capital raises that have scaled Nigerian SMEs for global markets across Agriculture, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Mining, and Light Manufacturing. His track record speaks for itself: over ₦3 billion in expansionary funds raised within the last 18 months through rigorous financial control, and a proven ability to structure financial administrations for institutional investment, having helped scaled 2 local enterprises into Billion-class companies.
