Everytale facilitates real estate investment opportunities and asset tracking. However:

• All real estate investments carry risk. Expected returns are projections based on historical data and market assessments, and are not guaranteed.
• Users are encouraged to consult with qualified financial and legal advisors prior to executing high-value real estate actions.
• Payment commitments, interest rates, and lease terms are governed by specific transaction agreements signed separately.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Everytale, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the platform.
